Introductory Statement:

The JN ESUR Summer School offers radiology residents and young specialists (up to 35 years old) a unique opportunity to build a solid foundation in urogenital imaging. Across four intensive days, participants explore the entire field through lectures and hands-on workshops, gaining the knowledge and confidence needed for clinical practice.

Application Criteria:

  • For this edition, participants will be accepted if they meet all prerequisites, with enrollment granted on a first-come, first-served basis until all available spots are filled.
  • Eligibility criteria include: radiology residents (proof of residency required; medical students are not eligible), specialists 35 years of age or under, and ESUR membership.

  • Shared accommodation is available for registered and confirmed participants. If you have arranged a shared room with a participant, please indicate their full name and email address in the comment box of the registration form.

Objectives:

The JN ESUR Summer School aims to provide residents and young radiologists with a solid foundation in urogenital imaging. Over the course of the programme, participants gain the essential knowledge and practical skills needed to approach urogenital cases with greater confidence in their clinical practice. Beyond improving reporting skills, the Summer School fosters a collaborative atmosphere, encouraging participants to exchange ideas, build networks and engage with leading faculty members.

Course Structure

The Summer School delivers a comprehensive four-day programme, with each day dedicated to a different theme covering the full spectrum of urogenital imaging. Combining interactive lectures with practical, hands-on workshops, the course is led by experienced ESUR faculty and junior members. Its dynamic format is designed to promote active learning, discussion, and skill development, ensuring participants gain both knowledge and confidence in every aspect of urogenital imaging.

Attendance in all educational sessions is mandatory.

Kindly note, participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and transfers from and to the Venue upon arrival / departure.

Please note that it is not possible to bring accompanying persons during the Summer School (Double Rooms are for 2 course participants).
