Stéphanie Nougaret is a radiologist and physician-scientist specializing in advanced imaging and female pelvic oncology. She trained in France, the United States, and Canada, including a clinical fellowship at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (New York) and oncologic imaging training in Canada. She also completed a one-year Visiting Professorship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center / Harvard Medical School, during which she obtained a Master’s in Artificial Intelligence at MIT.
She currently leads the PINKCC Lab Precision Imaging as a New Key in Cancer Care. The PINKCC Lab is a multidisciplinary research program at the Montpellier Cancer Institute dedicated to advancing imaging, artificial intelligence, and multi-omics to transform the care of ovarian and pelvic cancers. Through international collaborations and cutting-edge technologies, the lab develops predictive imaging biomarkers, digital twins, and next-generation AI tools to improve diagnosis, staging, and treatment planning for women’s cancers.
Internationally, she serves as Chair of the ESUR Female Pelvic Working Group, a dynamic consortium committed to advancing innovation, education, and excellence in gynecologic imaging across Europe and beyond.
